Majestic Valley is located at mile 114.9 on the beautiful Glenn Highway National Scenic Byway halfway between Palmer, in the Matanuska Valley, and Glenn Allen. The lodge is a destination for those seeking quality, individualized meals, a variety of activities, and a relaxing atmosphere. Because of its location, Majestic Valley Lodge is a natural layover point between other popular Alaskan destinations: Denali National Park, Wrangell St. Elias national Park, Valdez, and the Alaska Highway.  When planning your itinerary in Alaska, note that Majestic Valley can be the gateway to your trip into many areas of Alaska.

Clean Family Atmosphere
Family owned and operated for over 13 years, the proprietors pride themselves in offering a clean, non smoking environment. The Talcotts and Charltons enjoy hiking, skiing, and snow mobiling and like to share their enthusiasm with lodge visitors. Mark Charlton often asks cross country skiing guests how they like their trails groomed or personally guides snow mobilers to explore new areas. Cordean Talcott, Alaska resident since 1962, is known for her famous lemon meringue pies and sour dough pancakes. Jodi Talcott enjoys adding the personal touches to wedding receptions, showing guests the local trails, and working in the gardens. Natalie and Alexandra have grown up at Majestic Valley and enjoy welcoming the younger guests, ensuring they know the fun trees to climb and where the swings are located.

Privacy & Comfort
Majestic Valley Lodge is not a roadside café; meals are arranged with guests upon making reservations.  The lodge staff will accommodate various dietary needs, such as: vegan diets, gluten allergies, food allergies, diabetic diets, and others. The guests receive the full attention of the staff. Guests have the option of various menu price options and room price options. Cuisine
Individually designed meals with guests’ dietary needs and budget taken into consideration make your dining experience unique. Chef’s prepare meals utilizing fresh ingredients and locally grown produce when available, Alaskan seafood, and a lot of creativity.
