Trail Report

2-21-10 The Majestic Valley 20K Trail System is open for cross country skiing. The trails are  in the best condition they have been in years. The unseasonably warm temperatures make it feel like Spring skiing in February. There is a 3 foot base and the trails are groomed for skate or diagonal skiing almost every Friday or Saturday. Trail signs and maps make finding your way through the various loops much easier. There is only one small location where overflow is covering a part of a trail. The sun in shining, the temperatures are warm, and the mountains are glorious. Check in at the log lodge to get your ski map and tips for the trails.
